Over the next 4–6 weeks, we will walk you through an Education Process that provides you with the opportunity to thoroughly learn about the Hounds Town USA pet franchise business model, and allows us to learn more about your viability as a new Franchise Owner. You’ll complete a 1-minute quiz providing us with a little more information about you. Then we will get you booked with our Growth Director for your Discovery call.
2. DISCOVERY CALL
We will schedule a call to get acquainted with each other and find out what you’re looking for in a doggie daycare and pet boarding franchise business opportunity. You will learn more about the franchise system, the pet industry and what makes Hounds Town doggy daycare thrive, and we will learn more about your background and business/lifestyle goals.
3. UNIT ECONOMICS
We take a deep dive into the numbers together so you can see how much your financial investment will be… and how much you can potentially make!
4. FDD REVIEW
The Franchise Disclosure Document provides you with all the nuts and bolts of the Hounds Town doggy daycare franchise, including franchise rules, investment levels and detailed financial performance information for our open doggie daycare franchise locations.

Graduating to this stage means you have earned a scheduled phone meeting with our CEO, Rob Flanagan. 6. VALIDATION

Following an executive review of your progress through the first five steps, we will then invite you to Denver to spend the day with the Hounds Town support & executive team. You will get to see the doggie daycare franchise business model in action, tour some Hounds Town pet franchise locations and meet the Franchise Owner support staff.
8. DOG DAYCARE FRANCHISE AWARDED!
Congratulations! After we walk you through the Agreement signing, you will then officially become Hounds Town USA’s newest doggy daycare Franchise Owner!
