Popular doggy daycare franchise Hounds Town USA has opened a brand-new facility in Pittsburgh’s Strip District and was featured in the Winter issue of local magazine The Strip!

The “natural pack environment” at Hounds Town – PIttsburgh makes it the “place for dogs to be dogs.” The booming pet care franchise places pups in carefully selected play groups with dogs of similar size and temperament. The modern facility features a complete interactive daycare, full-service grooming salon, as well as overnight dog boarding. With over 8,000 square feet at its disposal and affordable rates, Hounds Town – Pittsburgh is the cat’s meow (yes, they board cats too!).

Franchisee owner Joe Allbaugh is a lifelong dog lover who made the career change so he could run a business on his own. Hounds Town – Pittsburgh opened on October 5, and Allbaugh says he loves “working for the benefit of myself and not a room of shareholders.”
